Two kinds of booking

Supper and the tables are separate requests

Booking a table for dinner downstairs and asking for a seat at the tables upstairs are two different things. The first is a plain restaurant reservation, with a time and a number of guests. The second holds you a place in the casino room for the evening, where seats at roulette, blackjack and poker are shared out as people arrive.

Most guests ask for both and tick the box in the form below. If you only want one, choose it from the list and we'll note it. Either way, we'll call or write back to confirm, usually the same day, and a reply by email means you can stop worrying about the night.

Everyone in your party must be 18 or over, and the form includes a short tick-box to say so. Nothing is paid when you book, and nothing is sent to a payment page, because there isn't one. The form simply reaches the house and our host writes back.

Booking questions

Before you press send

How far ahead should I book?

For a Friday or Saturday, a few days ahead is wise. Midweek, the same morning often works. If you're travelling through and decide at the last minute, ring the house, because a table sometimes opens up.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Of course. Just ring or email as early as you can, so the table can go to someone else. There's nothing to pay and no penalty. We'd simply like to know you aren't coming rather than keep the kitchen waiting.

Can you seat a large group?

Groups of up to twelve can sit together in the dining room, and the upstairs room can host a private evening for a bigger party. Tell us the numbers in the comments box and we'll suggest the best arrangement.
